Kaiut Yoga Workshop at The Nest Studio, Shoulder Girdle. June 4, 2023, 11:30-1:00
In this workshop we will discuss the shoulder girdle, which goes beyond just the shoulder itself. We'll have a short discussion and a longer practice exploring Kaiut yoga poses which can influence the posture, neck tension, the hands, and even our breath.
